Which to use first.
This list is the order. The download is not. On Compare, the zip contains only the Loopers in the matrix, three at most.

- 1
#402. Risk stack nets to 0. Two traits are −1 and two are +1. Record before anyone else talks.
- 2
#2974. Same class, and the only one that waits. Tape Mouth holds autonomy at 6.
- 3
#3916. The other risk 5. A fixer that can also connect. Cleanup after the record, not before it.
- 4
#403. Disciplined debugger. Wire what #3916 found. No single layer spikes the risk.
- 5
#6484. Disciplined trader. A memo only after #402 has the sources. Not #4045.
- 6
#443. Disciplined diplomat. The intro comes last, and only from the record.
After those
- #2438. A second disciplined debugger. Overlaps #403.
- #5019. Disciplined fixer and builder. Use after #3916.
- #445. Diplomat and archivist in one file. Overlaps #402 and #443.
- #3074. Operator, aggressive 7, not clipped. Sequences. Does not sign.
- #444. Diplomat and seer, aggressive 8. A signal, not a price.
- #6251. Risk is 8, not clipped. Autonomy would have been 12 and is stored as 10. The overlay is +2 risk.
Not first
- #4045. Raw risk 12, stored as 10. Neon Oil Flood is +3 by itself. Do not route capital.
- #3939. Raw risk 11, stored as 10. A debugger holding a Magic 8 Ball, which is +2 risk.
- #3517. Raw risk 11, stored as 10. Field triage only. No key.
- #406. Exactly 10, from Lava and the overlay at +2 each. A −1 did not save it. The artifact is a Multipass card.
- #6811. Fixer class, market-making specialization, risk 9. The tactical harness is +2. Do not let it price.
What a risk 10 hides
- The cap clips. #406 is exactly 10. #3939 and #3517 are 11 stored as 10. #4045 is 12 stored as 10. The brief number is the same. The atom list is not.
- A minus can cancel, or fail to. #402 has two −1 traits and lands on 5. #406 also has a −1, and Lava plus the overlay still land on 10.
- One layer can do the work of several. +2 and +3 showed up on an overlay, a skin, a harness, a crown, and a Magic 8 Ball. Eyewear and foreground scraps added 0 risk on all 17.
What else the files show
- The strongest hold in this set is a pair, not a maxed dial. #402 writes the record. #443 makes the intro. #445 is the only single file here that carries both classes, and its missions stay the diplomat three.
- The primary class owns the mission list. A secondary does not add a second list. Specialization can disagree with the class. #6811 is a fixer whose specialization says market making.
- Empty hands are not a zero. Held Object "None" is +1 autonomy on all 17. Eyewear and foreground scraps moved neither dial.
- These notes cover the 17 files that were read first. They are not a ranking of all 7,777.
